My Myntra account was hacked and an order (JBL ear phones) was placed. As soon as I came to know about this fraud transaction, I contacted Myntra 5-6 times and asked to stop the delivery. After few hours when I checked the status, delivery was done to the fraudster. The delivery could be easily stopped but there wasn't enough support from their end.
Also my account being hacked put my info, saved cards on risk. They still dont seem to be responsible/ careful about it . The attitude is very casual, as if it's a normal thing for them.
Such companies promoting online frauds and encouraging fraudsters should be taught a lesson. Was this information helpful? |
