[Resolved] Myntra.com — Online product exchange related issue | ||
Sir, I had ordered a ladies jacket from myntra which was red in colour. But myntra sent a pink color to me. So then I exchanged it and ordered a ladies night suit. But when the delivery boy came, he told me that the ladies jacket you are exchanging has a color change. I told him that I am exchanging it only because I had ordered its color red. But I have been given pink. Then he checked the bar code of that jacket. Which was absolutely right. Then he told me everything is fine from your side. And now I will go to my center and send the information of your product. A message will come to you. Then you call myntra. Then your product will be exchanged. I did the same. But when I called him, he said that we had sent the product after checking with us. Now your product will neither be exchanged nor returned. My product is kept the same as they sent. I have mailed them many times but no reply is given. If he had spoiled the red color, then how did pink come to me? This means that I have set up a jacket making factory at home, which I changed the color of the jacket. I said when your delivery boy gave me the product, did he open it in front of him and show that ...we are giving you this color product in the envelope. In this way, they will send any junk and say that we had sold the right product. I am asking him for clarification. But they are not giving any answer. Related documents attached with complaint.
