I had ordered Inc. 5 footwear for me on 2nd week of Dec 2021 and a sweatshirt+boxers for my brother 10th December. It was already long time and I haven’t got any update on it but when I opened the app to check the status it was already cancelled with reasons stating: cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I am sure that’s not the case because I was getting my other orders delivered. My question is on integrity and reliability of Myntra. If they can’t provide the promised service then they should not be into the business. If I have decided to buy something which was available on the site how can they decide on cancelling it without my consent? How do they know that cancelling the order won’t impact my plans and preparations related to that product on particular occasion? It is highly unprofessional and irresponsible of them. There this attitude has impacted my planning for the event. I could have got them from near store if I wouldn’t have trusted their promise on delivery and availability. Is there any legal action we can take on Myntra for doing this?
