I ordered three t-shirts from Myntra on 7th June’19 and the delivery date was 13th June’19. I did not receive the order till date i.e. 20th June’19 and the order was prepaid. Every time I called customer care they gave me TAT. First 72 hrs TAT then 24 hrs TAT, even after consulting with their Supervisor she gave me 72 HRS TAT. It sucked because you get another TAT and they don’t have any resolution/information/ update on the Complaint that you have raised (Complaint No. 1N[protected]. Along with that no way to cancel the order until you have received the items. It’s been more than a week and still you have to wait.
Worst delivery logistics and worst case resolution rate. They don’t have any way to cancel the order and refund the amount. Even on their website or app even their customer service don’t have any option to cancel.
So please anyone purchasing items from Myntra BEWARE of their USER UNFRIENDLY SERVICES.
