I’m a loyal customer and regularly purchasing from Myntra but recently my experience has gone from best to worst!!!
I had placed an order for 2 trousers (Brand- Mango) Order No.:[protected]-1979001; I’ve received a message today that the order has been cancelled due to an internal error.
The Internal error is your look out, refunding the amount is not the solution, you are any which ways liable to pay the amount but are you guaranteeing me that I’ll be able to book the same order at the same rate??
Kindly rebook the order or else I’ll be forced to escalate the matter with higher authorities or escalate it on SOCIAL MEDIA.!
It’s your glitch, you handle it. Do not promise a sale if you cannot fulfil it!
