I bought a Welbalt Leather jacket, Size M, on 16th Oct. As per the description on Myntra the jacket should fit me but when I tried it was tight. So, I tried to place an exchange but the product was out of stock. I called Myntra and explained the issue, the customer care executive asked me to wait for 15 days and if the product is still out of stock, I should place the return. Thats what I did but the person who came to collect the jacket didnt collect it he said that the jacket is damaged. I explained to him that I couldnt have used the jacket as it doesnt fit me also all the tags and packing is intact the product is as it was received. I raised the concern with the Myntra support they also didnt help. So now I am stuck with a product that I cannot use and return/ exchange. Was this information helpful? |
