I had ordered AND black coat medium size which got delivered to me on 28 September 21. Since the size was small to me, I asked for an exchange of the product with large size. The exchange request was placed on 29 September, the very next day.
The delivery person visited on 1st October and has put the exchange on hold due to unknown reasons. I checked my app and it says original tags missing. The product that I have is unused and with original tags. Also the exchange request was placed the very next day.
I would request you to please send a senior person for inspection and help me with the issue. Also now I don’t want to exchange the product, I want it returned. Highly Dissatisfied with myntra services.
I am a regular customer of myntra, never faced such a issue before.
