This is very pathetic moment and I feel so harassed to write this complaint today.
I ordered this puma shoes (order id mentioned in subject) with Myntra.
When the fact is, I received a WRONG PAIR OF SHOES with a BROKEN BOX in a NON MYNTRA PACKGE.
I complained regarding the different product the very same day and requested return & refund. Where I was denied the refund 3 times.
Now tell me what is my fault?
Ordering from myntra? Trusting myntra? Or being a loyal customer to myntra?
I complained and explained the complete thing but still I am being compelled to keep whatever that has been sent to me. Now why? I have paid you from my hard earned money, I do not grow money at home.
I feel very much harassed and mentally tortured now that myntra support insults me everyday and is not accepting my return and neither refunding me my money.
Now after complaining over social media, they just logged me out of my myntra account and when called, said that sorry your account doesn’t exist anymore and it has been LOCKED due to security reasons.
I hereby am complaining to you in a hope that justice will be served and you’ll not disappoint me and get me my account back with honour and get my full money refunded to my source account at the earliest.
