Hi,
This is in regards to Order ID # 1195268 [protected] for item Ethno Vogue kurta. I have re-opened the incident multiple times to return this and getting same response everytime without understanding the issue.
I was supposed to receive the kurta on 14th Feb which had a 2 day return policy. The kurta was delivered earlier on 8th Feb when I was out of town and when I came back in town on 11th Feb and tried the kurta and it wasn’t right fit, I am unable to return it since as due to 2 day return policy.
The customer support isn’t able to provide a solution for this but this isn’t my fault either as I would have been able to initiate the return on time if the delivery was made in promised timelines.
Could you please look into this and advise?
