After all my efforts and mental trauma being faced, I have reached you for a solution.
I have been cheated by Myntra and it’s courier partners and faced following problems:
1/ On 5th March 2022, I have received a product delivery of hush puppies shoes for a prepaid order of Rs2974 . To my horror, when I opened the sealed packed, there was a broken box with old dirty used shoes of some person.
I immediately raised the complaint with myntra customer care and was assured that I will get a solution by 8th or 9th March2022. However next day, ie 6th march my return request was approved and pickup agent came to pickup the product, he took pictures and refused to pick the same.
When I again called the customer care, they said they will update. And return is approved, I need not to worry.
2/ In the evening again I received a message that “pickup will be done, delivery agent out for pickup”(ie on 6th march).
After an hour or so, I received a message that the pickup failed on its own saying I was not available . Although I didn’t even receive a call / message or No one came for pick up.
3/ I had called, raised tickets many times but all of them getting closed on their own without any updates. New tickets are opened by removing the pictures that I provided.
4/ my claim was reinvestigated again and I was again assured that my claim is approved and I will get the money back once pickup is successful.
5/But everytime I get the message of out for pickup, it got failed within 5 minutes. I had placed many complaints, everyone I was assured that myntra has raised complaint against courier partner.
6/ from 5th march till 11th March noon, I received around 10-15 calls from myntra escalation desk that my return is approved. I got that in written also, that they have approved and I will receive amount in original mode of payment.
7/ the pickup agent only picked my call one time and he clearly told me he is instructed that he will not do pickup. He openly challenged and said that I can do his complaint if I want.
8/ on 11th March 2022, around one I received a call of a manager saying my claim is declined and I will not be refunded as I am returning a fake product.
Well this was my complaint at first place that I have been delivered a wrong product and instead of refunding they started blaming me.
I am extremely disappointed by Myntra’s services and feel cheated.
I want my money back at any cost. It’s my hard earned money.
I feel cheated and disgusted, disappointed. The whole 7 days I have faced this mental trauma. It is my hard earned money. I wanted to gift the shoes to someone. They played with my mental strength and gave me mental stress for nights . I was assured time and again on calls and in written that I will get back my refund as it is approved. But then all went in vain. They are blaming me now. I am still very emotional as they are blaming me that I am returning them a fake product.
I hope Myntra’s team will look into the matter seriously rather than making me move from one ticket to another, one call to another.
