On 8 March 2022, I ordered Noise Mini Air Buds. On 9th March 2022 i received the parcel which is empty from inside nothing was there. I called the customer care executive of myntra and they ask me to wait till 12th March for the resolution and now today 11th March they closed my request and tell me that we don't have the video evidence o[censored]nboxing the parcel. I am very disappointed with there services. I am asking my refund or the product but they are refusing the both things. They are only asking the video o[censored]nboxing the parcel. But we have the pictures only because we don't know that if the Myntra do frauds with their customers like that we have to make the video o[censored]nboxing the parcel. I ask several times with the delivery man that I have to open the parcel and check everything in front of them but he refuse to doing the same thing. So now the conclusion of all this is that I am writing the office mail to the CEO of Myntra and want the proper resolution of this situation. Myntra is the fraudest e- commerce website. They take the money of their customers and don't give their parcel to them.
Fake, Fraud and most disgusting website. Boycott them immediately.
Don't believe on their services they are such theif people and the fraud website.
Totally Unacceptable these things, now i tell them what happen when they do fraud with their customers.
Even now Myntra don't capable to get the reviews. They don't have their loyalty to give the right resolution to their customers.
Shame on you Team Myntra.
