I ordered the above product on 20/08/2018 and paid via netbanking but I have not received any refund even after constantly reporting the same. At first I was suggested to contact the bank as myntra has already initiated the refund regarding this issue, I contacted the bank executives but they reported that they haven't received the money either. I again reported the issue but nobody helped me out.
After a while, on 11/02/2019, I received an email as well as a call from Myntra Customer Service requesting my bank details regarding the same issue along with a regret mail.
Eventually I shared the same, but still haven't received any refund in spite of raising the issue several times this time also.
May I know what is going on? May I know how come a e-commerce site like yours play such nasty games with the customers?
Looking forward in anticipation to get back my refund.
Also let me know whether I need to report it to the Consumer Forum.
