I had ordered a Berrylush - Women Green Solid Maxi Dress from myntra.com on 28 April 2019 and the same was delivered to me on 4 May 2019.
As the dress was not fitting me properly, I wanted to return it and so I requested a return on 4th May 2019.
While placing the return request, the app did not allow me to decide a return date and considered it as 12th May.
Post that I spoke to the Customer Care and requested for an early pickup and I was told it will be done in the next 72 hours.
I received a msg on 6th May saying the pickup will be done today but it did not happen in the entire day.
Post that when I contacted the contact centre, they told me it will be done any day before 12th May, but the same was not done before or on 12th May as well.
Now when I am calling them about this, they are again telling it will be done in 72 hours and that too they can not give a confirmation.
Once the return pickup is done, my money will be returned in the next 5-6 days.
This delay in pickup is delaying my money return as well.
Please help me get the return executed at the earliest.
