I receive order no.:[protected]-7265101 by 26.11.2019 around 11.30 am, i m little busy with meeting. Hence i was open this packet 26.11.2019 02.45 pm, when i was open myntra packing is outer is sound/seal condition (Plastic bag), but when i open inner pkt is unsealed... 1 box received in this box found 1. Charger code & ear bird., 2nd box missing in component (Ear phone - hammer) photo already with them... But case was declined from myntra team.
Vidya myntra cs manager, had confirmed on phone (Verbal communication) shipment release from myntra warehouse after 100% securities check... So we requested them kindly arrange to share us 100% examine verification certificate on your company letter head & also share us cc tv image.
Senior customer service :- inform us on phone, kindly share proof you had receive missing component, if any video or images which i received missing component... How can i share this, when i open this pkt that i know what is actual stuff in packet, right or wrong? How can say like this???)

100 % myntra is fake service, customer not satisfied your service and fake commitments.
I want proof from ur end 100% chk at ur warehouse. Every product release under cctv... If any thing hidden from your office that’s reason u r unable to share cctv /proof of quality chk or 100% security and intac condition.
With refer your below mail, stating that your product deliver intac condition. I repeated again and again (Outer packages : plastic bag is intac condition) but *inner packet is unsealed condition* i have a proof and when i open same time i” raise complaint and share photographs which i received condition with you.
What investigation you have done at your warehouse, show me the proof. I already share proof with i haved.
Did you check your courier company may be this also wrong info share with you...
I donot care your company policy rules and regulation.
I want solution... Regarding my money spend to your company of rs 2219-/. By cash. + interest also you earn in your company.
At least amazon or flipkart having some solution to the customer but your company does not do that. Any thing ealse (Decline)
Still i hv yet to receive any call from your office as discussed by vidya and more person, cs champion senior supervisor and manager... (Call arrange only 11:00 to 11:30 hrs ist.)

Or
Return back empty box to your warehouse, kindly arrange to the same from your courier company.
Or
Send me your office address to send back parcel to your office on collect term.
