Myntra.com — order not delivered by delivery guy

Address: Bella Vista Beach Hotel; Maddovaddo; near paradise village; calangute; bardez, 403516

I had placed an order on june 25 and i have not received my order till date july 7. The delivery guy remarks as refusal or wrong address or wrong phone number all the time as he wants us to pick up at a different location where he stays. I gave several complains at call centre but no one is ready to give us solution. Myntra did not send my order nor refund my money 1250 yet. This seems to be fraud and unprofessional company.
