Full Description: My first-ever order with Myntra placed on 15th July and it was supposed to be delivered on 24th July to my address at Kochi. When I tracked the order I could see the item was at Kochi on 19th and on the very next day it was sent back to Bengaluru. Meanwhile, there were people in my neighborhood who were ordering items from Myntra and were getting delivered successfully during these days. Hence it is proven that my neighborhood was serviceable by Myntra.
I waited till 24th July to raise a query, Myntra asked me to wait till 3rd August. I did not get any update by 3rd August and I again contacted them and asked to cancel the order and get me a refund. They replied it will take a maximum of 72 hours and asked me to wait until then. I waited for 72 hours and again contacted the customer care, since I did not get any update on the timeline they had promised. Then again they asked me to wait for another 48 hours for the cancellation to get placed and admitted that their customer executive missed to update some document which he was supposed to do. I waited for 48 hours again and did not get any update after that as well. Then I put a Facebook post on Myntra's timeline. Ms. Manmeet(case manager) contacted me on the 9th of August on behalf of Myntra and assured me she is the final point in this and requested me to wait till the 12th of August to get an update. I waited again and did not get any update till the 12th of August.
Now I am trying to contact the customer care and they are giving me template responses and assuring callbacks, which never happen.
Desirable Solution: I would like to cancel my order and get a refund of the amount Rs.2271.
