Hello sir, I ordered a "boat rockerz 235v2 M blue wireless neckback". On 13th september, the product had to be delivered so i directed delivery agent to please reach me after 1700hrs but, he knowingly reached me at 1500hrs without intimation. After receiving the product when opened it, i found that the main product(i.e. boat rockerz 235v2 M blue wireless neckback) was missing. I immediately called the delivery boy to check, he replied it is not my concern contact MYNTRA. So, i placed the complaint that i received the empty parcel, the asked me to wait till 16th september. On 16th september they updated that correct parcel was delivered so your claim is denied.
I requested them to understand the circumstance and placed complaint again with images but, my complaint was marked as resolved without any resolution.
I told them to stop deciding it by yourself that every claim is false claim but no steps were taken rather they said correct parcel was delivered so your claim is rejected.
I paid my hard earned money for the product but, money is not the matter. The matter is people are getting cheated like this and then they are told that correct parcel was delivered so no claim stands.
It is not mentioned anywhere in myntra to make video while opening the parcel. So, i have been cheated. Was this information helpful? |
