Ok so this is happening for the 3rd time now. The delivery agent calls and says he can't deliver the product today. On request he said that he will but not receiving the calls after that. My question is if they cannot deliver a product on a specified date then why do they send the 'out for delivery' message? We waste our time and wait for them at home leaving all our work and this is what we hear in return. I am a regular customer of myntra and this is not what i deserve.
It's getting really pathetic now. The delivery executives are of no use as it seems they are busy everytime.
I want a permanent solution to this or i am cancelling all my upcoming orders for sure. Adding my order details here.
