I purchase boult audio xpods in myntra for an offer price of 899/- on 23/12/2021 Using my Credit Card. I recieved the package on 31/12/2021 at 12:56pm at my office HDFC Bank Ltd. (You can check the OTP time for recieving the package in attachment).No call or message of shipment has been received from your side till that moment. I just opened the package and seen an empty packet of noise airbuds and crushed Tax invoice copy of some other person . The tax invoice shows the place of supply is karnataka. while checking my invoice through myntra the packing ID, Invoice number and Order number is entirely wrong. I just walked to delivery boy and said about the issue and he asked me to raise a complaint on myntra site. The same day 1:02pm i raised my complaint on missing item in package (you can check the call log detail in attachment)
Within 5 minutes i raised my complaint and the solution came from your side on 04/01/2022 5:48 pm that there is no issue from your side and the package send after quality check.. Then where is my item?. How noise airbuds empty packet and some other person invoice came instead of boult audio xpods came in that packet.. is that your quality check??.. I checked online and seen many complaints regarding the same issue against myntra.. i never faced this kind of issue from any other shopping site. The package is send by dealer named Shreyas retail Private limited and not myntra itself. I am attaching photos of packet and invoice with this mail and also screenshot of OTP recived and Call details of complaint raised for your reference. Do the needful as soon as possible and return my money or give my item properly. Or else i will move through legally .
