Myntra.com — package delivered but asking for cash after paying the amount

I ordered 2 jeans, lipstick and purse from myntra. 1 jeans and lipstick delivered in 1 packet and 1 jeans on other packet on a same time. Delivery boy asked for payment, i handover my card but his machine was not working so he collected 1500 rs cash from me as my bill was 1242 rs (708+534). Now he is claiming that i didnt pay my money (Rs 534) and calling me continuously to pay the money. He already taken the payment for the same

Order ID[protected]-2426101, payment refund no.[protected].

Amount has yet not credited, as per bank payment refund ID is incorrect, myntra is adamant on their replies that they have done the payments, but till date issue remains same
