On the 28th of june, i placed an order of 2 maxi dresses from myntra app and i paid using my debit card online.
After the payment was successful, i was informed that the black maxi dress would be delivered by the 1st of july. I didn't receive any call from the delivery man to pickup the package and at the end of the day i received a message that my package has been delivered.
I had chosen my office address as the delivery address. I also inquired in my office about the package but there was nothing.
I then called up myntra customer care at the number listed in their website to find out where the product was, the person who answered the call had the same information that i was able to see on their website, that it was delivered to me that night.
Then i called then multiple times still there was no resolution provided they just asked me to hold up and wait for another 48 hours. I waited for 15 days still there was no communication from their side.
After that i received 1-2 confirmation calls for the same issue and i was shocked when one of the executive was acting like i've received the package and creating a complaint for no reason. I had to argue back with him.
Then i received a call from myntra, that person took the delivery man on conference call and we both confirmed from him that to whom has he delivered the package to someone else and he also didn't took the signature of the receiver. So the executive asked me to wait for 2 business days and i'll receive my charges for the same.
But i was shocked, i didn't receive any payment even after 5 days. So i again contacted the customer care and that person said that the issue is closed from their end as the package has been deliver from their end and its non of their concern that the package is delivered correctly or not.
I also talked with their higher executive but she was also telling me the same thing and was just trying to ignore the real issue from their end. When i asked her name, she was not even ready to tell me her name and when i asked her like 5 times then at last she replied and that too was a fake name.
Then i received a mail from myntra and this is what the content of the mail is:

This email is regarding delivery confirmation of your order number [protected].
I understand you are worried since the order status is updated as delivered but as per your claim the package is not yet delivered to you.
However, as per the confirmation post validation the order has been delivered to you from our end.�

Now i have lost the money and i haven't received the product too. Please help in resolving this issue. I will provide any more information needed for the same.

Products were purchased in December and returned in December...but still refund is not initiated by them..I have called them more than 80 times.how can I get pending amount?
