I had ordered an item from Myntra and had done prepaid payment on 3rd Aug 2021 and it was showing delivered on 9th Aug but I did not receive any calls or texts. I tried reaching out to Myntra executive but they refused to help and told me that it was delivered from there end. They won't even share the details of the delivery agent so that I can ask them. Somehow, I got to know that e-kart logistics do the delivery service for them and got one of the agent's number and he told that he knows the guy who had gone to do the delivery of my package that day since I told them the package number. But the next day he started to avoid my calls and said that it has been lost and it's your fault that we could not reach you on your mobile, and you should not have ordered online. He was drunk and talking very rudely to me. Myntra is not at all helping and since it's a prepaid order, they don't care also. I have also recorded the delivery guy's phone call what he was telling me. I even threatened to lodge an FIR against him but he refused to give back the package. By default, when the customer is not able to receive the package for whatsoever reason, the delivery boy is supposed to make 3 attempts and then take it back to the warehouse instead he stole the package and now won't give back. Myntra is such a company which does not care about its customers and the harrassment they go through for the order they bought from them. Was this information helpful? |
