I have ordered French Connection Women rose gold watch worth of 3127/- on 25th August 2022 [Invoice Number - I2723SA[protected] Order number - 1213305 [protected]] and it was supposed to be delievered on 27/08/2022. I have received a message as delievered on 27/08/2022, haven't received any calls from the delievery partner and also enquired about the order with the neighbors and security just to be sure that might have misplaced but no clue of order. From sunday i.e 28/08/2022 till date i have been calling the customer care and logging the issue with reopen but of no use, they are replying as the below and updating the status as Resolved every single time without the customer satisfaction.
I have talked with almost 10 different delievery agents every day and even with the regional manager but of no use, same story every single day. This is the worst experience i have ever faced with any of the online shopping platforms. Myntra helping staff are not at all helping they have just replying the noted description every time the same reply, then what is the use of real person replying it would be better they can record and play the reply. If asked for the suggestion they replied as they cant help with this, then what is the use of help center. I want my refund back, Please look into it.
