I ordered three jackets for my niece over Myntra and make online payment for all three jackets. After few days, they delivered me a packet and updated on their mobile app that all the three jackets have been delivered. Later, when I opened the packet, it was having just one jacket and so I called up Myntra and registered a complaint. Now after two- three times of calls and discussion, they are saying that they have checked with their logistics team and they have delivered the other two jackets too in the same package. But till date, I haven't received the other two jackets nor they are accepting their mistake and giving any delivery details or solutions.
