Pathetic Customer Service of Myntra.
I have ordered a "Recoverz Boat 235 V2" on 9th June from Myntra. After one month, this device is not working properly. Return time period is over, so i have asked them to please suggest the way forward. In first attempt, they have provided me the wrong email id of the Boat support.
Then after multiple attempts to connect their customer, i am able to get that website. While registering the complaint there, i came to know that without Invoice, i will not be able to register a complaint there.
From last three days, i am requesting them via call or written complaint to provide me the INvoice details. Yesterday, i had words with Mr. Surinder (Customer care executive) that i will receive my Invoice within 24 Hours on my registered email id. Now the complaint is closed with status of closed but i have not yet received my invoice. How do i get my invoice.

It is a big waste to order from this site and waste your hard earned money.
