We were trying to place an order on Myntra, Order#119050787052679079901 and I used my back account details to process the payment however as per Myntra due to payment gateway failure the transaction failed on Myntra application. We filed our first complaint(IN[protected]) with Myntra in December 2021 and as per their response on 19th December 2021, Myntra has not received this payment in their bank account. So, we approached ICICI with the same explanation given by Myntra however ICICI has sent us an email with the details stating that the amount has been credited to Myntra's bank account. The same details have been shared below and we also shared the same details with Myntra however irresponsible Myntra customer service team closed issue number without even investigating properly. So, we have request them again to open a new issue number(IN[protected]) and again they come back and state the same reason that they have not received the payment and closed the ticket again.
Despite of following up with Myntra for over 4 months and showing the proofs of ICICI that the money has been credited to their back account they still come back and say they have not received. We have approached ICICI multiple times to check if the money did really credited to Myntra's bank account and they confirmed it has been. See the proofs with transaction IDs shared by ICICI below.
