Myntra.com — payment done but no confirmation message

I placed an order consisting of a pair of black jeans. I got a message from vijaya bank saying the cash was withdrawed but then i didn't get an order confirmation message from myntra. And i checked in my orders, it also doesn't show the order was made. I made this order on october 1st, 2019 at 12:11am. Please reach to me asap. I either need my money back or i need to get the product. Pleasee pleasee reach to meee. I'm totally upset.
