I placed an order on 12th May on Myntra of total Amount INR 5, 957. It was initially on cash on delivery and later via the myntra app there was an option to pay online. I decided to pay the amount online via Google Pay UPI. I paid the amount successfully and the amount got debited from my account. However Myntra claims they did not received it. I have all the transaction details and reference number but still they are denying it that they received the payment. I cancelled all my orders because my money got lost.
