I am complaining about this again. The payment got debited but no order got placed. Attaching the payment screenshot with this. The payment of Rs.1636 is made through internet banking but yet the order is not placed. Take a note of this asap and take some action and if you cannot then at least refund my money as early as possible.
Otherwise, give me the contact details where I can make the complaint of the same.
