Myntra.com — Payment made but not delivered and the app is showing delivered

Hello Myntra
I ordered a couple of things on Myntra and they are all prepaid but I haven't recieved any and the app is showing as they are delivered.
I can't reach the delivery service. What should I do. This is very disappointing and frustrating
