I purchased products in a bunch which was around 5K. After discount it was around 4600. They mentioned about the interest while payment check-out but didn't mention about the bank's processing fee and other GST charges.
This is a clear malpractice. They should explicitly show all the charges on the payment gateway. Image is attached that they didn't mention about the procession fee and other charges.
Issue #2
From the bunch of 5-6 products, I tried to return/exchange 1 product because of the fit issues. The product was unexchangeable so I tried to ask for a refund. But while refund, they are deduct the entire bank discount from that single product. The company is not following global pricing distribution standards. The discount should also be distributed among the products percentage-wise equally. When did this policy introduced to take all the discount when the person is trying to return only 1 out of 6 product.

The customer executive was supposed to call me within 24 hours but I am not getting a call.
A company like this is conning people effortlessly and people getting drowned in their tactics.
I could let go the discount distribution thing but why the "processing fee" and other "GST charges" was not mentioned at the payment checkout. This was utterly misleading and clearly they conned me.
No processing fee was mentioned at the checkout.
