[Resolved] Myntra.com — Philips trimmer -Not re-shipped

I had ordered a Phillips blue trimmer.

Then i returned it . On 15th July i got a message on my app on the order stating

'return request rejected. Item will be re-shipped to you'

Although i have no idea by when i will receive the order back.
No message, e-mail, nothing.

I kept on taking regular follow ups until they refunded the amount.

Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Ankurg55 No update ...it has been a month. I was told 26th July as to i will receive an update.. Today they are saying they tried to connect with me (although no call were received)and will need another 48 hours

Updated by Ankurg55 They refunded the amount. Thanks to team Myntra. Took them a month to resolve but anyways, it is resolved now
