Myntra.com — pick up denied by courier due tag missing

Address: Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, 322001

I have place return request of 2 redtape jacket but courier was denied due to tag mismatch or missing i have lodge complain to customer care but they also decline my complaint and i keep product as well as i received there is no tag on transparent polythene and inside the jacket other than a mrp tag on collar.

Please do needful i'm already kept patience for there from 10 jan.
