I have raised the Pickup for three products which are as follows.
Product 1 - INDYA Women Maroon Solid Straight Palazzos
Product 2- Vishudh Turquoise Blue & Off White Foil Print Ready to Wear Lehenga & Blouse With Dupatta
Product 3- YouBella Red Gold-Plated Contemporary Studs
The order Is of all the product is same which is Order ID # 1217868 [protected] registered with mobile number [protected].
I tried out the products, but due to fitting issues, I decided to return them. I requested the return on that very day. I remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product also, the product was unused. The pick-up was due the next day but the pickup agent didn't come to my place nor he called me and updated the wrong reason that he didn't pick up the product as two of them which were Indya and You bella were used and the for Vasudha brand tags were missing. After tha message was sent on my mobile saying that my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check".
I called up the customer care and they informed me that the courier guy said that the "price tag was missing" for one and for other two the products are used as I mentioned above. Now why would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not getting my money? I want my money back! Stop duping people like this. I want the refund.
Also, I tried contacting Myntra support several times but no resolution was provided from there end and they mentioned that your claim for return is declined for all three products hence we can't return your product.
If required I am ready to share Images of all the product for reference to prove that products are unused and intact with all brand packaging and brand tags.
Kindly help me to resolve this.
