Dear myntra, this is regarding the order no.[protected]-5772301 for mango women black solid mid-top heeled boots". I raised a complaint about the defective/damaged product that i received. I raised a complaint regarding the same but now myntra refused to accept the order back, reason being"fresh product sent from our side".
First, isn't it obvious that the product should always be fresh from your side? And still there's possibility that somehow some products come out defective, which is why the whole concept of"returning the defective/damaged product" exists
Second, is there any proof that the quality check that was done prior to sending out the product was done properly?
As a customer, it's definitely not fun ordering the product, paying it online and returning it back in case the product is not right and waiting for the refund to get reflected in my bank account. It's already painful and frustrating to go through the whole process and hence no customer would pay thousand bucks on something and damage it and return just for the fun. Hence, i request you to take my complaint seriously and also look into your warehouse about how the quality check is done. - thank you. Was this information helpful? |
