I received a product, didn't like rhe quality and then raised a return request. The pickup guy didn't even come to take the parcel and i received a mail saying my pickup was put on hold because it did not pass the quality check. I mean?? They did not even come to see, how did that not pass quality check? Customer support is not even providing me any information about this issue.
I called the pickup guy, he said "must have happened by mistake" and then said he was gonna come an hour later it's been 6 hours now and he ain't picking up the call anymore. Was this information helpful? |
