Myntra.com — Pincode - Delivery not available

I ordered shoes from Myntra. I recieved yesterday, But it's not exact fit. So I am trying to exchange shoes. I tried more than 10 different company's shoes.
But every time it is showing "Item is not deliverable at selected pincode"

And also I could not find any option to change delivery location.
