I had ordered 2 sweatshirts of plusS in XXL size 10th Nov Friday I received the parcel. I tried one of the sweatshirt and came to know that it is pretty much tight for me .without even trying the 2nd piece I requested the return . The pick up was done next day on Saturday dated 11th Nov. Same day Evening I got refund of one product and got message that second products refund is on hold due to quality check. Next day on Monday I got update in my myntra app. -Return Rejected and The product shall be reshipped to you .
I am unable to understand the product was with me hardly for some time and I immediately requested the return then when I got the chance to used and to damage your product. I returned it as it is I received. Why the quality check was was not done before delivering the product to me? Am I allowed to open and check the product before payment? We are accepting the delivery without checking any parameters of quality control.
Same day I thought of discussing this whole scene with customer care but unfortunately both the times executive after listening to my complaint kept me on hold more 22 minutes and then disconnected my call and immediately sent me an Sms -Your query has been resolved.
