I am a very old customer of myntra but today had a terrible experience with them when i wanted to return or exchange one order. Myntra policies are not at all helping dealing with specific situations. They just want single rule to rule all customers. I hv ordered many products on myntra but today one order cudnt be considered by myntra as a customer service gesture even for an exchange of size. I was also told by sup vishakha that myntra don't hv a complaints or grievance email address. Also no reference id given for call and when i asked to escalate matter she refused to give her boss name. She also said she has many bosses and can't give details. Is this how myntra operates. Deny the customer of escalating the issue and hide behind an app and policies. I will cancel my association with myntra for this hopeless service and i will never recommend it to any one.
