Myntra.com — poor service providing by myntra and their staff

Have placed an order for a jacket for rs 2619.00 on 3 oct, 2019. Amount has deducted from my sbi account but no order placed is shown on myntra orders section. I have done a payment through paypal and have their transaction id as well as invoice id but myntra claims they haven’t received the order at their end.
