I ordered a regular jeans from Myntra on 21st July 2022. It was slated for delivery on 24th July, which never happened. It was a pre paid order. I filed a complaint through myntra help center. On 27th july, it showed delivered. But the delivery person never called me. I raised a reinvestigation there and then, and myntra gave me a deadline of 31st july for an update on the same. On 29th July, the help center showed that the issue had been resolved, but again, I never received the order. I raised a complaint yet again, but the same thing happened.
Now the myntra escalation team keeps saying that they can't do anything about it, that they can't contact the delivery person. I told them them either give a 800 rs coupon, or a refund, or the delivery boy's number, but they kept repeating that they can't do anything now.
So the present situation is, I have already paid for the jeans, which were to be delivered on 24th July, but never received them.
I would request you to kindly resolve this issue: either deliver the product, or process a refund.
