The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered from myntra, formal trousers on 12th of june, after a lot of delays in the delivery status. on 29th june the status in the app updated as delivered. I didn't get any call from the delivery agent and the parcel wasn't delivered for the same. I have raised an issue but the issue has been resolved without any notice and again I have raised the reinvestigation that also has been resolved without any notice. After all these I have called customer care and once again they are telling me there is no other solution, this makes no sense at all, for something that happened from myntra side why should i bear the cost. This is completely unacceptable.
