The issue that I have experienced was: I was not delivered the product and it was a prepaid order worth 3217 rs.
I am a working resident doctor and was on covid duty at that time.
I was not contacted by courier person through phone or anything.
Earlier myntra showed that shipping of the product would be around 18-20 november, hence, i wasnt expecting delivery on 5 november and because i was on a 24*7 covid duty, i couldnt check my phone.
They claim that they sent me a text message on 5th saying the product was delivered while actually i received no product. Now they are refusing to refund my money back or at least find out where is the product on grounds that i did not contact them within 5 days. I was on covid duty and had no time to check my phone during the time. As soon as i saw that my product has been marked delivered on the app, i contacted them. They have already wasted 5 days and refused to entertain my concern.
I deserve a refund.
