Myntra.com — prepaid product not received, myntra showing delivered

I placed an order on 28 september, there were 10 items in the order. On 30th i received 6 out of 10 items and remaining day after. I checked the app on 1st october after returning from office at 7:30 pm and found that sassafaras dress was marked delivered but i had not received that dress. I contacted myntra at that moment but they were not available between 7pm-8am. I contacted them again on 2nd october, almost every hour but they were always unavailable. I finally was able to contact the customer support on 3rd october in evening and told them about the issue so they said that they cannot take any complaints so late. I talked on 4th, then 8th but no help from their end. They claim that they are available 24×7 and so will not provide the refund. I have contacted the delivery boy also. He assured that he never had any other parcel. The parcel he deliverd only contained 6 items and myntra claimed that it contained 7 items. I demand a refund and no one is listing the complain. I am attaching screenshots of their unavailability and out of service hours.
