Hi Team Myntra,
Before some time i have purchased one Red tape shoes from Myntra App but when i received my shoes the box was completely damaged but still i accept that.
But when i try those shoes, the size was not fir to me so that i apply for exchange and then the same courier boy comes to me to receive those shoes and at that time the behaviour of that person was completely changed, and he denied exchanging my shoes because of that damaged box and at same time he updated the status about quality.
And he gives me threat that i am localised of here and without my permission nobody can exchange and deliver your package here.
Really the behaviour of that courier boy not accepted.
Even after that nobody visit my location for quality check. Every day i am receiving message that today we will pick this package but till evening automatically visit cancel. It happens with me 3 times and now forth time it is again show the same status "Quality check failed" without any visit of your team.
So now please tell me how that is possible to check quality of my shoes without any physical visit.
Now i really feel that the courier boy is more powerful then Myntra team. Even i am not getting any support from you customer support team as well. I am calling them every day but no positive response.
Now i need solution anyhow?
