I have ordered levis shirt & wrangler jeans using myntra mobile app on 9th march 2019. At the time of purchase, estimated delivery was shown as "14th - 15th march 2019" which was fitting to my requirement and ordered and order no. Generated was "[protected]-6921201".
Till date, there is no update on the product status and trust me - i had called help desk for at least thrice on this delay.
Out of my experience with help desk folks, it is very clear - they are not there to resolve the problem rather drag it to extent where customer should fed up and ignore/forget about amount/ product (This is my personal experience by talking to them).
I would request this forum to register a case against myntra e-commerce and help me out in refunding amount to me.
