Myntra.com — Product cancelled and not refunded

My Order ID is 1188751 [protected].
I have order a blazer from Myntra they cancelled it due to internal issue but my refund has not yet credited in my account. I have complained in customer service also but they said it has been refunded and they don't know anything. I have checked in my account also I haven't received any refund yet. I am enclosing picture also for the same. Please help me in getting refund at the earliest.
