Myntra.com — product cancelled without any intimation

Myntra has cancelled the item(RIKIDOOS Boys navy blue solid tailored Fit single-Breasted Blzer with size 3-4) that i have booked on 21st July'19 and i am keep on tracking the order and it is showing as shipped from past 15 days and today i.e. on 14th Aug'19 I have been told that the item has lost in the shipments and could not be delivered. I have already paid for this order and they guys told be that by 22nd Aug'19 my amt would be credited. That is nothing but 1 month i have waited for the product. I have contacted the customer service on call and they are saying that we cannot do nothing. One more thing that i have coversation with the escalation matrix which is a worst and worst team to say the same thing that the basic customer care executives told me. To say the same thing Myntra is paying extra amount and bearing the employees for the escalation matrix. I don't understand that to say the same thing myntra is maintaining two teams and paying salaries for both the teams. Great work Myntra.. Well experienced.
