the product which was delivered was broken so I had request for return and refund. the first time the courier guy called me I was out and could not attain his call, I tried to call him back but was not successful. after that day I just received message saying pickup failed and couple days later they canceled my return. I mailed myntra and there was no response. I called costumer service no response. myntra said they reply within 3 days but no one ever replied. I again requested for pickup and called the help service for the pickup. even this time I got call from the courier guy and he asked for pin and no one came to pickup for return. on the 2nd myntra canceled my return and have blocked my exchange and return
also they did not reply to my concern and closed the ticket saying resolved. I tried calling and mailing myntra but could not reached them. I have no clue to what to do further. it is like I paid for damage goods. worst customer service ever. I had actually had a big order from myntra and this how a customer is treated. I want to return the item and get refund
