This is regarding my below order :

As per myntra the order has been delivered successfully. But i haven't received any package. I was at home all day long waiting for the delivery boy since the time i had got the sms (9:51 am 17 may) saying my package will arrive today. But after waiting this long at around 4:16 pm 17may i get a sms saying my package has been delivered after which in panic i called myntra customer support and spoke to 3 representatives.
A representative named muskan helped me out by sending the pdf of the signature which was done by the receiver.
This was a fraudulent signature. I am not sure who is the culprit here. It might be the delivery boy himself (Whose phone is still switched off) or could be the person who received it in spite of seeing the name & address on it. Whoever it is please track him down & fix the situation.
I have never been in this situation before with myntra.
All the other products of this order were delivered smoothly.
What happened to this one? Kindly assist me with this because this is not a small amount. We are talking about rs.7, 356 here. It's my hard earned money.
I was told that a complaint has been raised for the same and they will get back to me with a solution on 20th may 2019 but there is no major update since then. They are repeating the same thing again & again. Asking for 24 hrs more, 48 hrs more on every call without giving me any solution to this.
Possible solutions to this :
- find the person/address you guys have delivered the package to.
- find the courier guy who has delivered the package & question him
Or
- give me the refund of rs.7, 356
Or
- give me the same new backpack
Please fix this situation as soon as possible & provide a solution for it
